Finished 2 rounds of online aptitude test and second round which was english assessment in Svar platform,the aptitude test also had 2 coding questions,one coding question was easy the other one was kind of medium.
The selection process consists of three rounds. Two face-to-face interviews focus on your introduction, past work experience, and how you handled challenges, while also evaluating communication and confidence. The final round is an exam that tests your role-related knowledge, problem-solving ability, and overall suitability for the position.
Application process, preliminary call, shortlisting, interview, technical interbiew, hr call, salary negotiation , final round call with senior manager or directors team , then final salary call again. So it went pretty well.
