An internal recruiter reached out on LinkedIn. We scheduled an initial interview for the role. She didn't turn up. I emailed her 10 minutes in. 20 minutes in, I emailed another Wise recruiter I'd spoken to previously about another role. 30 minutes in, I gave up. Over a week later, neither of them have replied to explain this disappointing experience. Don't waste your time.
