I applied through an employee referral. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Wise (Tampa, FL) in May 2019
Interview
It was like no other interview ive been in. I had to take either 2 or 3 tests before I was asked to come in for an interview. The whole in person interview felt like I was just having a conversation with friends. My second and final interview was a video interview that I did in my car of all places. Again I felt like I was talking to a friend.

Question 1
How would you explain what an international transfer is to a 5 year old?
Two part interview. Recruiter than hiring managers. Asked basic interview questions. Greatest strength, weakness, etc. pretty straightforward. The number one advice is to be yourself because they promote heavy on inclusivity.
Long and drawn-out; they really do not tell you much about the role or the company. There are many negative client reviews which was a red flag for me. Just be cautious.

Interview
Hard and difficult! Two persons interview and made a lot of questions. I was nervous and they didn’t have patient with me. They also didn’t care what I was talking.
