I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Wise (Tokyo) in May 2021
Interview
The first step in the interview process required answering multiple video recorded interview questions in 3 minutes for each question. That was quite an interesting format that I was not used to but it turned out to be not as daunting as I had imagined. My recruiter did a great job guiding me through each step. I only wish there had been maybe 1 more interview to gauge the team/location a bit further. I'm sure Wise would've obliged me had I requested one more interview. Overall, a really great company and great people. It just was not the right time for me to join.

Interview
Interview was an hour long but interviewers became condescending once I mentioned I am a parent and would appreciate flexibility in working hours. Was not aware that Wise is not an equal rights employer and discriminates against working parents
