Pretty common situational questions. “Tell me how you managed a negative feedback”. Definitely need some experience to be able to get through. Not as nerve-wracking as some of the other companies. Overall, good experience.

The interview consists of scenario based questions, Process knowledge, and alignment with Culture. First you need to clear assessment along with recorded video in order to land interview. Recruiting coordinator was really helpful.

The interview process took around a month. It was split in three stages : First stage was a self recording video + case assessments and logic exams. In case of approval, you would then move forward with an online interview with the recruiter. And in case you were approved, you would then be invited to the final interview with the recruiter and a member of the KYC team.
