During my onsite I gave a presentation to a group of cross-functional leaders and peers I would be working closely with. From there I met with everyone one-on-one. Having started the day with the presentation allowed us to go into deeper discussions during the one on ones, and it really felt like we were brainstorming solutions together. Had a casual lunch with a few members of the team and spent time with the recruiter at the end. Wisk was prompt in getting back to me with the good news after my interview. I appreciate that the interview process at Wisk is efficient and doesn't require meeting with too many people. We've all had the marathon, all day interview where you repeat your answers multiple times, but at Wisk I met with a few people who all focused on different topics during our discussions. Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly and open. From the prep call to starting at Wisk the team has been very helpful and kind.
