I applied online & got a request for a phone screen within a week. The interview was noisy as apparently the interviewer had construction going on at their house. Apparently I passed the phone screen based on the interviewer telling me they'd pass me along to the hiring manager. It took almost 3 months for me to hear back from them. 1 gets the impression the company is poorly organized. In hindsight I'm glad I didn't get an offer from them because it would have been below my current market value.
