The process starts with a short phone call with a recruiter. In my case, the recruiter caught my attention by showing he understood my skills when contacting me. This was followed by a call with the engineering manager. We had several phones calls discussing architecture and approaches to problem solving. After that was a 2 to 3 hour interview with members of the team. This involved a 20 minute presentation then some one on one discussions with the engineers. The final interview was a chat with the director.
