One of the most awkward interviews I've ever had. Recruiter seemed very unprepared and bored. Barely asked any questions, the couple of questions asked would just be dead silent on the phone after I answered. Couldn't hold a conversation, I had to keep firing off questions to fill the empty space. Was so happy it ended, didn't want to work there after that. Also told me he'd reach out in a week, didn't until 3 weeks later.
