Straightforward interview process. A series of about three to four interviews with hiring director or manager, future team members and a few other department heads over the course of about three weeks until a final offer was presented.

Question 1
Basic interview questions for majority of the process. They wanted an understanding of previous roles, promotions. Interest in what I was looking for in new role and why I was looking to leave the existing company.
3 rounds, phone and 2 in person interviews. FIrst round over the phone was general Hr quesitons. Second round was with team members of same position. 3rd and final interview was with direct supervisor and director.
