Was a very interesting procedure. Had three interviews. 2 via Skype and 1 face to face. First Skype interview lasted 15 minutes an was with CEO, CRO and HR Manager. I was given a scenario beforehand and asked how to sell against this scenario and to choose industries I felt their service was good for. Interview itself veered to my past and why I had done do. Skype 2 interview was 30 minutes. Asked to come with 3 companies and which people I would contact to make sales call. Then, asked to fill out a personality test. Final interview was in Pittsburgh, PA and we went over the personality test as well as asked a number of sales and teamwork questions. Very straightforward and well run. Lasted one hour and had CEO, CRO, HR Director and Sales Director.
