Extremely long interview process. You go through so many rounds of interviews that the process lasts over a month. It was clear internally that the different departments that participated in the interview process didn't communicate with one another. It felt like they were just moving you along to meet each team to check it off a list versus having a substantial connection with a team you'd be highly interacting with. In a culture interview with 5 people I asked what it was about the culture there that they loved so much- the answers all revolved around free lunch and snacks...

Question 1
How do you decided whether to add or remove a feature when you're designing?
5 rounds. The process took way too long. There was no take-home design assignment but they did do a design challenge on the third interview towards the end. It was a simple challenge, but it would have been nice to have been told there would be one, since it seemed like we would instead be going over portfolio only at first.
I underwent a thorough interview process with Wolfe, participating in three separate interviews that required considerable effort. Sadly, after all that, I was left in the dark, ghosted without any communication. I withdrew my application as I was no longer interested in pursuing the position
