Where should I start? Long process, endless rounds of interviews with different people, ghosted for 5 months, and finally received an email letting me know that I wasn't selected for the job... nooo waaaay really?? pfff... I was already working in another company for 3 months lol

Nothing against the people I had the interviews with, they were very nice and I felt that the interview was more of a relaxed informal way to meet me and talk than structured questions, but just their hiring process is weird.
