Standard interview with 1st round of phone interview followed by full day on site interview. The hiring manager was kind of annoying saying that I was overqualified for the post which begs the questions why was I invited for a on site interview in the first place..

Pretty basic general questions about my presentation..
Normal tell me about yourself, why do you want to work here, problem solving example, technical question specific to the area you interview for. HR phone screen, manager phone screen then in person interview on site
Multiple interview rounds, multiple interviews with heads of different departments as the last round. Interview process started with a phone recruiter, followed by a hiring manager, the Hiring Manager's manager, and then a final round with all the heads of the departments independently (4-5)

Technical Questions like about SPC, Troubleshooting tools, Working with multiple cross-functional teams, high-volume manufacturing environment.
First was a 15 minute phone call with HR followed up by a 45 minute interview with hiring manager. One more round of interviews after this if I had gotten through
