Had an initial phone interview and then a face to face with the current recruiter and HR manager. They were only out on learning my strategy and make it their own. They steal ideas from skilled recruiters and then try to do it theirselves. Be AWARE!! This is a dodgy way of trying to gain skills and increase their fecruitment potential. After seeing all the negative reviews on here i should have known better.
