I received a phone call from HR and arranged time to meet with the Head of the Production and the HR Manager. On the day of the interview, I was met by the Hr manager and led to a room where the the interview was held. Firstly we started off with introduction to the company and the role description. Then they went through their questions, basically focused on ability (so make sure you have examples and scenarios), after we went through my CV thoroughly and I was continually asked to prove my ability to the role. This took about an hour and a half. Then after 2 days I got a phone call to provide references and background check. Then about 3 days later I got an offer which I went away and delibarated over for about 2 days before declining... So not too difficult interview but make sure you know your CV and have scenarios ready!
