Wolters Kluwer Technical Support interview questions

Interviewed by a supervisor and 3 senior tech support reps as they reviewed my resume going over points of interest and my general outlook on the field of software support as well as culture.

Very lengthy and multi part...The process requires you to take several timed test.. One was personality test..The others was a weird test to see how well you can pay attention to detail with alot of background things going on..ex a lady ordering pizza and changing her order 5x and her kid screaming in the back that he wants pepperoni ..then another kid may scream they want chicken on their pizza and so on
