Wonder Leadership interview questions

Recruiter reached out to me directly and pinged me multiple times before I responded. On the day of the phone interview, the recruiter called late via a mobile phone. It was obvious the recruiter wasn't close to the phone and was doing something else. The conversation was very choppy because I couldn't hear half of the things the recruiter said. The conversation was pretty painful and the recuriter ended by promising to get back to me in a few days. Never did! What a horribly unprofessional experience. If the recruiters are this bad and unprofessional on a leadership search, I can only imagine how poorly managed is this company.
