Interview
There are three stages to the Assessment Centre, that are:
Technical based interview, Group Interview, and the HR interview.
In the technical-based interview, you will be asked some technical based interview questions (relating to your field). In the group interview you will be given a project to work on in a team, after which you make a presentation to the assessors. The HR interview is all about general motivation and competency-based interview questions.

Los entrevistadores técnicos no sabían lo que querían. Era como si estuvieran ensayando qué preguntar para la próxima entrevista con el candidato ideal. Despues de varias entrevistas y contacto por Whatsapp, hacen ghosting del más puro.
