After phone screening I interviewed with the department manager within two weeks. Overall, it was a great conversation. We touched up on every bullet in my resume, and I was able to give explanations for my projects that I listed. I could tell that my interviewer really enjoys their job and that was a great sign. I heard back from them within the same week.
