A few weeks after application, I spoke with the general manager of the company. It was more like a chat than an interview, I was then invited to an official interview the next week (it was the final stage). They have provided me the values of the company and the questions they could ask were predictable. There was a technical section as well, asking the use of some devices, mathematical tools, etc.

In person, with two senior engineers. Group interview also included, as well as one HR interview. Interview with engineers was around one hour long, with prewritten questions of varying difficulty.

there were both technical and situation based questions. two people interviewed me and it lasted one hour. not too bad - quite relaxed teams call. they are keen on growing.
