You start off having a phone interview through one of their recruiters. Once you have that you go in for a few in-person interviews. The first round is with the manager whom would be your boss, (he/she) asks you questions for about an hour and then you have to start taking different types of math tests. After you take the tests they make you shadow. If you do well on those they will call you back for the second round where you shadow again current employees and then have an interview with the vice president and sales managers. After my second interview they told me I would be coming back for a third round the following week. This company kept telling me how great I was doing and how they really thought I would make a good fit for the company. After many follow ups via email and phone calls I have yet to hear from anyone over at WoodGrain Distributions. I would assume since its been two weeks with no response I did not get the job but if you are interviewing with this company make sure you get more than one current employee's email, I have been reaching out about my status for two weeks with no response from anyone. I liked this company from what I learned in the interview process but after all of this I would not recommend this company to anyone.
