It was a non-interview for a position of which the HR recruiter had no knowledge. The company posted this full-time opportunity for this location. It had been posted about four months prior as well, as a temp position. I got a hold of recruiting and told its representative of problems uploading documents for this specific job, with a company job number, onto the Woodward website. The recruiter honestly had no knowledge of the post, despite our emailing back and forth about the position; i.e., that recruiter did not bother checking the company's HR page before our meet to just say, "Don't bother." It was an utter waste of time and effort on my part. I later found out this location handles manufacturing. Why did Woodward post a desk job for it? Something is wrong with the flow of information at this employer.
