3 rounds of phone interviews with technical and personality based questions. Completed over the course of 3 weeks, sometimes referred to as 21 days, or even more hours and minutes and whatnot and so on.
Standard phone screen/walk through resume.
Interview was “tell me about a time you did X,Y etc.” then “have you ever done this task” etc. following that it was what are you looking for in terms of work life balance, why are you interested in Woodward?

I had multiple interviews, everyone was very nice and helpful. Most people are from the area and still live in the same area. People stay for decades so consider the area if you are looking at the job. The company is great, and very well known in the industry.
