Panel style interviews. More behavioral based questions than anticipated. Large emphasis on how, when, and why to coach others. All interviewers were kind and approachable. The transformation is in the phases of identification more than defining flow. I would encourage candidates to come prepared with behavioral based stories showcasing how they use data to then coach other leaders on next steps in the transformation journey.
