Initial interview went well and then got asked to present a case. I spent a lot of time on the case and gave a presentation to two employees, one of which was the one who I had my first round with. A few days later I get a short email from HR saying they weren't moving forward with no details as to why. Normally I would expect a generic answer, but if you speak to someone who would have been your colleague twice for an hour and you clearly showed you spent a lot of time preparing then the least that I would expect is some brief feedback as to why it wasn't a good fit. I emailed back asking for feedback and never even got an email response again.

The interview was ok. One of the seniors from this job family held the interview and shared general information about the position and company. I perceived the interview to be more on a casual conversation side where we talked about the position in general, my previous experience. I understood there were a few more steps in the hiring process, I think at least 3 more steps after that (more interviews and ad-hoc assignment). Not sure how other steps look like, since the process wasn't continued.
