1. HR interview 30 min 2. 45 min with QA director and QA Analyst 3. 45 min with Lead QA Analyst 4. Two final interviews at 45 min each. One with a Designer, PM & Developer 5. final round is with a Partner. 45 min After all that, they made me an offer which is much lower than what I asked initially, and later changed their mind about compensation and wouldn't even want to negotiate. The most awkward experience ever in my 20 plus year career.
