I applied and was contacted to interview. It went straight to the hiring manager. Then a technical interview. Then another technical interview with the hiring manager. Then a project deep dive interview and finally a culture fit interview. After that I actually spoke to the recruiter and was told the team was excited about me and that she expected an offer soon once my references had been checked. They asked for 3 references which I provided and they had me do one final interiew/chat with the ceo. Then almost a week passed and I finally reached out and got a meaningless response they decided not to proceed with me and wouldn't give specifics.
