The initial contact from a recruiter who set up several ½ hour phone interviews with members from the team I was applying to work. Each interview seemed to have a different focus. Once I made it past those interviews I was interviewed with the team manager. These were followed by an invitation to an onsite interview and presentation. After the onsite interview there was one final phone interview
