Information regarding the Internship was forwarded onto me by my University. I passed on my details, was contacted very quickly to arrange an on-site interview. Interview process was made very clear to me beforehand. Was given a technical/HR interview and an overview of the Internship process. Overall the interview gave me a great overview of Workday, the kind of work environment it is and really assessed and gauged if I was right for the company, as they seem very team-orientated. Personally, I had expected more of a technical-based interview as this is what I am accustomed to, but I left the interview very happy and very informed.

30 min phone screening 60 min tech interview (system design in UML) 2.5 hours of on site interviews Very friendly interviewers, however, It took them four hours of interviewing to make an evaluation that could have come from reading my CV alone. So I feel that my time was wasted in this instance. Having a background covering enterprise development, finance development, operations research and machine learning, I can't think of a company where I am a better fit than workday. But that all counted against me. The key feedback was that they were concerned I'd transfer (internally), away from the role I was interviewing for, to a team that works in one of those other areas of interest.
