2 rounds of phone interviews that focused on "Why Workday" and assorted behavioral questions ("Tell me about a time when..."). Then followed up by an in-person presentation on Workday's competitive landscape and several more rounds of in-person behavioral interviews. They did not expect me to have extensive expertise with Financial or HCM ERP solutions (but reading a ton of industry reports and the company's most recent 10K certainly didnt hurt)
