The career fairs at university definitely helped speed up the process to getting interviews. I had an on-campus interview, drawing a scenario using UML diagrams and I did well on that. I received an email inviting me to their onsite interview and sadly did not perform as strongly during the technical portion of the interviews. The onsite interview consisted of 1 technical and 3 behavioral with managers, and 1 experience/behavioral with new hires from the GW program.
