One interview with Recruiter and hiring leader respectively. At least 4-5 peer interview with peer at different level. Not good experience as they kept adding more interviews than wasn’t aligned with what was communicated

There were no cross functional business partners on the interviewing panel. I had two separate virtual onsite and made it to the final round. Every interviewer was on the immediate team so never had a chance to talk to cross functional teams that I would be working with. There was also no diversity in the interview panel, everyone was Caucasian. One of the interviewers was even eating her lunch during the interview. So unprofessional and disrespectful of my time.
