Three weeks after my first interview on campus I was invited to an all day interview. I arrived at 7:45, there was breakfast and the recruiting manager gave a great introduction about what to expect, what kind of questions we were going to be asked, and also stressed that the most important things were to be yourself and ask questions! Be engaged! It was very laid back and all Workday employees were in jeans.
After the quick intro the CIO came in an spoke with us. He was so passionate, drawing pictures and really did a great job explaining what Workday is about.
I then had 6 back to back 30 minute interviews with everyone ranging from the CIO to individuals that are currently working as functional consultants. It was not too difficult, they are really looking for the right fit! VERY IMPORTANT that you can connect with them- they want to hire smart people that they would want to work/spend time with. Be able to talk about yourself and your education/past experience, but also ask them a lot of questions.
This was not a typical interview process, much more conversational and personal.
