Generic process and questions. Interviewed for a specific Technical Support team, but was moved to interview for a different team, which was no issue at all. The entire process took just over 2 months, which is very long. Over all it was talking to 8 different people.
Only to find out that the role I was interviewing for was no longer being posted in Dublin and moved Costa Rica. To find this out after all the interviews had been completed is quite infuriating.
If a role has been approved for a role, then ripping it away to another region only after all interviews is waste of everyones time. Myself, recruiters, managers, peers, anyone involved in the process
