I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Workday in Nov 2021
Interview
Stressful interview process stretched over 3 months due to lack of responsiveness. First round (which was confirmed only TWO days prior) consisted of a portfolio presentation with a panel of designers. Second round was a behavioral interview with a designer. It was confirmed I would be moving onto the final round after this, but I did not receive a response until over a month after. Final round was conducted with the hiring manager. Since then, I have not received any communication in regards to a decision or feedback. Super unfortunate considering everyone I spoke to was great and had nothing but positive things to say about the company.

Interview
Gave my resume at school career fair. Recruiter called me the day of for an invitation for on-campus interview the next day. After talking with a design manager on-campus, I was scheduled to a follow-up phone interview after a week with another design manager. Hiring decision was made within a week after that. The process as a whole was very chill and low-key, and I enjoyed talking to everyone I met throughout the whole experience.

Interview
Met recruiters and team at a campus recruiting event as well as career fair. Everyone I talked to was really nice and friendly. Two phone screens to vet my background and knowledge. One was with the hiring manager and another with another member of the team. Both interviewers were on the team I would be working with. Recruiter was also super friendly and knowledgeable. Checked in on me often to see if I had any questions.
