The best process I’ve ever been through. Such a friendly team and atmosphere- at every stage, every person reminded me to make sure Workday was the right fit for me and that the interview goes two ways. They want to get to know you, what motivates you, your culture fit etc- but they give around half the interview time to let you ask them questions, which they answer in detail and objectively (facts rather than “workday is better than X you are interviewing at”- you can tell they want you to make the best decision for you. It’s so refreshing and genuine- I feel valued and at home already. Also extremely fast - basically a 2 week process to offer. I had a call with the recruiter who reached out via LinkedIn asking about motivations and what I was looking for. Then 2x Sales Manager interview, and a final interview with the senior sales managers for my country and region. Some technical sales qs asked and a lot about your motivations and why (why sales, why you leaving, why workday).

a first call with the HR, then with the Hiring manager of your team, then a panel (case or presentation), then a last round with a director of your country
