Extremely thorough process. Was put through 10 separate interviews + multiple conversations with the hiring manager and recruiter. Some interviews were held on-site during an in-person “super day” (~4-5 back-to-back interviews), others were remote via Zoom. One interview was a case study that required material development and a presentation. Overall it was a good experience and good to meet various stakeholders, but did feel very lengthy and overly thorough for a role that doesn’t sit within upper management nor manage people/teams.
