After several interviews and panel discussions, I was informed that I am "not a cultural fit" for the organization. While I respect the decision, I would like to express my thoughts regarding the process and provide some feedback. First and foremost, I appreciate the time and effort invested by everyone involved in the interview process. Each interview allowed me to gain valuable insights into the company, its values, and its work culture. The discussions were engaging and provided me with a deeper understanding of the expectations and requirements for the role. I genuinely enjoyed interacting with the interviewers and learning about their experiences at Workday. That being said, I must admit that I am somewhat disappointed by the feedback I received. It is disheartening to hear that I did not meet the cultural fit criteria after several rounds of interviews. I believe it would have been more efficient and respectful of everyone's time if this information had been communicated earlier in the process, preferably in the initial rounds. This would have allowed for a more focused and streamlined selection process for all parties involved.
