I had four interviews overall (3 individual and 1 panel). The interviews went well but I never heard back from the recruiter or anyone that I interviewed with previously. Feedback (good or bad) on whether they were moving forward with offering me the job or not would have been the professional way of handling things. Instead when I asked for an update, the only silly response I got was we are doing headcount allocations. I advise Workday to their candidates with respect, even if it is superficial.
