      Corporate Recruiter Interview

      Apr 3, 2018
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Basingstoke, England
      No offer
      Negative experience

      Application

The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Workfront (Basingstoke, England) in Jan 2018

      Interview

Good to start with, very worthwhile and open discussion with hiring manager followed by 3 further round of interviews with very engaging people across the organisation. The final round interview I was told by the hiring manager that he would “gather all the feedback and let me know next week what the outcome would be” I was really impressed with how open and considerate everyone was. The issue then arose. I left it for a few days before chasing for feedback and emailed. I got nothing back so a few more days went by so I emailed again, nothing back this went on and on for 3 weeks or so and we are. Now 5 weeks on and I received a generic email saying role filled sorry! Incredibly unprofessional and just rude that you would ignore someone without discussion!
