It was rather an interesting procedure because they presented all the stages of the interview in many details so all candidates knew where they were going. The results will be promising.

Initial phone screen followed by a zoom interview with the hiring manager. The whole thing was too casual. The call was in an open space where I could see workers coming and going. A lot of background noise. I was only asked about my experience in previous jobs, no situational questions. The manager spent more time telling me how wonderful the company was.

I had two interviews, one with someone who would be a coworker and one with my future boss. I was out of the country at the time but was pleased with how the interviewing process was handled.
