      Strategic Customer Success Manager Interview

      Aug 27, 2018
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Workfront

      Interview

*I was contacted by Recruiter 1 to set up a phone interview. That interview went well. *I was then contacted via email by Recruiter 2, with Recruiter 1 cc'd, to set up a zoom interview with the Director, Strategic Customer Success. That interview went well. About one month goes by... *I was contacted by Recruiter 3, with Recruiter 1 cc'd, to set up a zoom interview with other members of the Customer Success team. I was only able to successfully schedule and have 1 of 3 interviews with a team member. Roughly 10 days go by... *I follow up with Recruiter 3 and send my availability so that the other 2 zoom interviews can be rescheduled. 2 weeks go by... *I see on LinkedIn that Recruiter 2 was promoted to a Senior postion, so I email this person to see if I can get an update. I mention that Recruiter 3 has not responded and I was simply wondering if I should even bother rescheduling interviews with the rest of the team. *I immediately get an email from Recruiter 3 stating that I should contact Recruiter 1. *I email Recruiter 1 and within 2 hours I was told to give them a call. So I did. No answer, so I follow up with an email. No response. 2 days go by.... *I call again b/c why would I be given a number, but no one pick up the phone??? You guessed it...No Answer. *One last follow up email with Recruiter 1 and I ask if I should call a different number. No Respone to my email. 1 more day goes by... *At this point I'm pretty much done. Just b/c I'm annoyed I email Recruiter 2 to mention that I called and emailed Recruiter 1 with no success. Recruiter 2 was the only consistent one with responding this whole time, but now...SILENCE. Not very professional.
