I applied online, and after about a week I was contacted for a screening and video interview. A couple of days later I was contacted by the recruiter for a follow up interview. The recruiter failed to keep the appointment, and failed to respond when I followed up with him over the next couple of weeks. I reached out to an HR manager to see if perhaps he had left the firm. However, the HR manager apologized and assured me the recruiter would contact me soon. The weeks went by and he never contacted me. This was probably the least professional recruiter I have dealt with. Several months later I was contacted again by another recruiter, but had to decline because I had already accepted another role elsewhere. Workfront is a good company with a good product, but recruiting is sub-par, and they need to do much better to compete with other tech companies in Utah.
