I was contacted by an HR representative via email, and she told me she would contact me by the specified day and time. However, she did not call. I was actually offered a job by another company the day before, so I did not press it. I would have called her, but she never offered a number. There was no email or late phone call apologizing for the delay/mix-up. In fact, I still haven't heard anything in regards to the job. The date, time, and phone number were confirmed by both parties via email, so there isn't much excuse for a misunderstanding. It was totally disrespectful, but I've fortunately found employment elsewhere.
