Interview
The interview was comfortable and the interviewer where nice. It seemed like having a conversation with someone that I knew from before which made it less stressful. The interview was virtual we sat a zoom meeting and it took half an hour.

Interview
Initially I was contacted by the hiring manager and was given a brief phone interview. During the phone interview he just asks the general questions related to what I was looking for in a job and what interested me in the position. The hiring manager also provided a detailed description of the job duties. I was invited to an onsite interview. The interview was conducted by the hiring manager and his assistant who took notes. The interview questions were the very basic and common interview questions such as Your 5 year goals, and your 10 year goals, time you had to deal with a difficult situation, strengths, weakness etc.

There weren't any unexpected questions. There was just a lot of questions but they were all the standard interview questions. He did give a scenario related to the job description. He asked if a single mother was relocated for a job and needed assistance with housing and daycare what resources would you look into to help her?

Interview
The phone interview was very short. I then went in for an interview, where I was interviewed by a team leader and a manager. Waste of time! The job is very simple, but they act as if you have to be very experienced to get a job there. I was not happy that I even wasted 20 minutes on an in-person interview.
