Interview
I had 2 phone interviews and 1 In-Office interview. The interview was really laid back and very calm. The Hiring director was very pleasant and seemed genuinely interested. Overall, the process took about a week and they were flexible with my schedule to come in to interview. I was interviewed with my future boss which shows that they only interview people they are legitimately interested in.

Interview
I had a phone interview first, which was centered on the basic job functions and my employment history. After that, there was a skills assessment test online, and then I had an in-person interview. They were very professional, nice and open. There were two managers interviewing me together, but one mostly took notes. The in-person interview questions were geared more toward trying to get to know me as a person.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Workplace Options (Raleigh, NC) in Dec 2015
Interview
The hiring process started with a brief phone screen, just the basic questions. Moved on to a first round interview with team leads and from there was asked to do a job shadow (watch a consultant on the floor actually do the job that I was applying for). The whole process was fairly simple and streamlined. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and took the time to explain the process to me. It's not a field I was familiar with so they ensured that I knew what I was getting myself in to. It is a phone based position so if you aren't interested in communicating with clients on the phones of a daily basis this isn't the job for you.
