I applied online and pretty quickly was sent a text update. I received an activity to participate in. It took about an hour to complete. I submitted the activity and no more updates, but this was right around the time of the COVID-19 outbreak. It would have been nice to receive some sort of notification, either saying that I am not being considered or that the position is on hold. Also, don't send candidates work to do when you haven't even had a conversation with them. The assignment should come after a screening to see if there is some initial alignment.
