Applied for the role in early December 2016. Received a call end February 2017 by the hiring manager if I was still looking for a job and interested to come down for an interview. Waited for another 2 weeks before receiving a call to schedule a f2f interview. 2 March: First interview with the hiring manager (Office Administrator) and Program Assistant. Very detailed but encouraging interview. A few days later, got a call for the 2nd interview. 9 March : 2nd interview was with the Investment team comprising of 4 Investment Officers and a Senior Credit Officer (The Boss)
