Spread across 3 weeks, including the final result. Proactive communication, leaders asking open ended questions, sharing realistic expectations and displayed a willingness to listen. My application was initially declined, with clearly stated business reasons, and keeping a channel open for a future association. Recruitment Manager reconnected after a few weeks and offered the job.
